Customization will depend on what type of template have you purchased.  Standard Template has only the logo/banner customization. 

 HOW TO INSERT LOGO

1. Select the ojotemplates.com layer logo

2. Remove or hide the existing logo

3. Choose the marquee tool to select the logo surface up to the ruler margin.  Point it to the desired part of the logo.

4. Select the existing logo size then press CTRL+SHIFT+C
5. Select NEW then press ENTER
6. Press CTRL + V to paste the logo. 

Advance and Premium templates can be customized so as to  change/add logo, resize fonts, change colors, add images, add/change banner. Template package has also included tutorial lessons which you may also access here.  For major customization of your templates, we also offer Joomla template customization services, feel free to contact us.
