What is your Refund Policy |

All sales are final! Software can't be given back like a tangible product. This is why we don't give any refund. Should the software not work on your server environment, submit a support ticket and provide us with all the details (your server environment, Joomla, mySQL, PHP version, details about the problem). We also don't refund if you change your mind, don't like our product anymore (we have a demo site to test before buy: demo.joomlaconstructor.com), you forgot to read the minimum requirements, want to keep our software and have your money back or your wife didn't approve the purchase. We will work on every found bug and fix it with the release of the next version of our product. If you just bought one of our products and it doesn't work on your server, we offer to option to have it fixed:
- We send you the latest file version and you try this out. Should it still not solve your problem...
- Send us a super admin back end account and an ftp so that a developer can access your site and analyze the problem and fix it. Should the developer not be able to fix your problem in 7 days we will refund your money. However we don't refund when you are using problematic software that interferes with our component.
